Nigerian physiotherapist and PhD student dies in UK
A Nigerian physiotherapist and PhD student named Chukwudi Ogbueche-Ifediora has passed away in the United Kingdom.
As per information from Ogbueche-Ifediora’s Twitter account, @IfedioraChuddy, the late individual was identified as a physiotherapist and PhD researcher at the Glasgow Caledonian University SHLS in Glasgow, Scotland.
Additionally, he was recognized as an expert in stroke rehabilitation. The Nigerians in the UK community expressed their profound condolences to his family and friends in the face of this challenging time.
The group urged Nigerians to unite as a community and provide support to Ogbueche-Ifediora’s family.

The death of Ogbueche-Ifediora is not an isolated incident. It comes in the wake of another Nigerian, Saheed Wahab, who also passed away just one day after starting his master’s degree in the UK.
Wahab’s death occurred on Tuesday, January 16, as he began his program at Teesside University.
The official confirmation of Mr. Wahab’s passing was announced through a statement issued by the Nigerians in the UK Community on their X platform.

In the meantime, it was revealed that a Nigerian woman using the Twitter handle Rofeeha Agboluaje took to the internet on Wednesday, January 26, to advocate for justice on behalf of her deceased brother, Fadlullah.
She stated that the young man passed away unexpectedly during the night shortly after arriving in Ukraine for his studies.
According to her, upon reaching his accommodation at Lviv Polytechnic National University, Fadlullah expressed dissatisfaction with the assigned room.
