LASUSTECH admission requirements
Applicants aiming to enroll in the educational establishment need to fulfill certain criteria.
- Applicants should possess a minimum of five credits in pertinent subjects from SSCE, NECO, or recognized equivalents. This includes passing grades in English Language, Mathematics, and three additional subjects relevant to the chosen program.
- For HND courses, applicants must have at least a lower credit in their ND or accepted equivalent along with five credits at the O’level.
- Those who have been out of secondary school for at least five years can apply as mature students, providing they have relevant work experience and successfully pass an entrance exam.
Individuals who possess the following criteria may qualify for direct entry into Higher National Diploma (HND) programs.
- A National Diploma with at least a lower credit grade in the relevant subject from an NBTE-approved program and at least one year of relevant work experience after the ND in the area of specialization.
- Those holding an ND with a pass grade and at least two years of related work experience post-ND may also be eligible.
- For those interested in the HND Bilingual Office Technology and Management Program, proficiency in the pertinent language at the SSCE or equivalent levels will be beneficial, in addition to the above qualifications. All candidates must successfully complete a rigorous 16-week language course before starting the program.
